A horrible defect that can happen which constantly drinking alcohol is the stunt of growth which affects the hormones, bones, and muscle. Which can dramatically change the future of yourself, or even others.
An intervention can help you and the others around that feel hurt as well. One type of intervention is the help around family with support and love. this can be helpful if another loved one had a similar problem. Another way is to have a center of people with problems much like yourself. This is the easier option if no family member has had a past of alcoholism.
